Why clients pick me

The realtor who actually answers.

The most common thing in my reviews isn't a sales pitch — it's relief. Clients come from agents who ghosted them, then describe the opposite: fast replies, straight answers, and the truth even when it's "wait six months."

On speed

"20 apartments in 30 minutes."

A couple had 8 days to find a place, sign, and move while planning a wedding. Other agents were unresponsive. We had a shortlist in 30 minutes and a signed lease in two days.

On honesty

Straight answers, not hype.

If a pre-con project doesn't fit, I say so. If now isn't your moment to buy, I'll tell you to wait. The plan is built around your best move — not the next transaction.

On reach

GTA to Windsor to Calgary.

Resale, leasing, pre-construction, and out-of-province investment. Clients have trusted me with first homes, first rentals, and first investment properties across provinces.

On follow-through

"Won't ghost you for days."

Replies ASAP, every step explained in plain English, and someone still answering "is this normal?" texts long after closing.

The Toronto Star.

I was featured in the Toronto Star discussing how rising housing costs are pushing Ontarians to look beyond their own city — and how to think clearly about affordability, out-of-province moves, and pre-construction. It's the kind of straight, big-picture perspective I bring to every client.

We helped a business open its doors.

We helped Neat Alignments secure a unit at a busy intersection and start their very first business. Two years later, they're still there and still running — proof that I don't just do homes. If your business needs the right location, that's a lane I work in too.

Common questions

Honest answers — even when they're not what people want to hear.

Can you help if I'm deciding between pre-construction and resale?

Yes — it's one of the most common reasons people call. We weigh price per square foot, deposits, timelines, and your goals against comparable resale so you can see the trade-offs clearly before committing.

Do I need to sign anything before we talk?

No. The first conversation has no paperwork and no obligation. We only formalize anything if and when you decide to move forward.

Can you help with both residential and commercial real estate?

Yes — resale homes, pre-construction, leasing, and commercial or business locations. One point of contact keeps a multi-part move coordinated.

What areas do you cover?

Primarily the GTA — Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Hamilton and surrounding — plus Ontario-wide pre-construction and select out-of-province investment (Windsor, Calgary).

How do you get paid?

In most Ontario transactions a buyer's or tenant's agent commission is paid by the seller or landlord at closing. For sellers and landlords we go over the structure before listing. All commissions are paid through RE/MAX Millennium.

Next step

Your next move deserves more than a guess.

Buying, selling, investing, leasing, or finding the next location for your business — start with a clear plan in 60 seconds.
